PLAYERS RATINGS: Arsenal 4-2 Tottenham

An amazing performance for Arsenal, especially, in the second half, a very disappointing performance for Tottenham Hotspurs, especially in the second half as well.

Arsenal ended the first half with conceding and scoring from a penalty and behind Tottenham Hotspurs, 2-1, but then they were able to flip the table and score three more goals by Aubamyeang, Lacazette, and Torreira who scored his first goal for Arsenal, and in such match.

We will rate our players after every match, here is Arsenal Insider players ratings:

Brend Leno:  A poor match, was at fault for Dier’s first goal. But made a couple of crucial saves such as on the 50th minutes. 6/10

Shkodran Mustafi: Was okay, was close to scoring on several occasions such as on the 48th minute from a header. Left the pitch injured. 6.5/10

Rob Holding: Gave Tottenham a controversial penalty after hitting Son’s foot. 5.5/10

Sokratis: Was shaky and committed several individual errors. 6/10

Hector Bellerin: Marking Kane wasn’t a good idea, and also his back passes which killed some of Arsenal chances of going forward. 6/10

Sead Kolasinac: Better than Bellerin, especially in the second half. He was fighting, literally. 7/10

Granit Xhaka: Wasn’t covering well in Dier’s goal, and committed several errors in the first half, but improved in the second half. 6.5/10

Lucas Torreira: Was a beast today, fighting and doing everything and was close to scoring on several occasions as well from shots from outside the penalty area and finally he scored his first Arsenal goal. 9/10

Henrikh Mkhitaryan:  Not his day, again. He couldn’t find his form yet. 5/10

Alex Iwobi: Was selfish in the late passing on the 13th minute, and was poor today. He shouldn’t be a regular starter for such a crucial match. 5/10

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: Two crucial goals, one from a penalty and another one from outside the penalty area, a world-class shot. 9/10

Subs

Matteo Guendouzi: Came instead of the injured Mustafi 5/10

Aaron Ramsey: He had to start over Iwobi, made a direct impact from getting on the pitch and made an assist for Aubameyang. 5/10

Alexander Lacazette: Was good, tried and was dangerous and scored the leading goal. /10

Man of the match: Torreira and Aubameyang deserve it, but Pierre Emerick Aubameyang deserves it after scoring twice and becoming the Premier League top goalscorer.

Unai Emery: Ended the first half behind Tottenham, but then his early changes made the difference and got Arsenal to win three valuable points, and more importantly, against Tottenham Hotspurs at home and with a big result. 8/10
