Arsenal and Manchester United have received a huge hope and boost for their Champions League qualification, especially Manchester United who are out of the Champions League until this moment.
The Premier League sides, Manchester United and Arsenal FC have received some boost as the UEFA could be banning Manchester City from participating in the Champions League.
According to several sources and reports, such as BBC, the UEFA chief of investigators, Yves Leterme, has requested Manchester City to be banned from the Champions League for next season after the news of violating the fair play rules. The UEFA is expected to take the decision within the next 48 hours, but if they take a decision against the Citizens, Manchester City could appeal as well.
If the decision is taken in favor of banning Manchester City, the Premier League sides Arsenal and Manchester United could be playing in the Champions League next season, where Arsenal are the ones who will be directly qualifying, after securing the fifth place, and if they win the Europa League, then Manchester United will be playing in the Champions League next season.
However, the official decision will be taken in the next few days, and Manchester City will be having the right to appeal if they get banned.
